Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Reinforcement 911 ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how it's used, and — most importantly — what we don't do with it. In short: we do not store your payment information, and we do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Donations & Payment Information
Donations on this site are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. When you enter your card details, they are sent directly to Stripe through their secure Elements interface — your card number, expiration date, and security code never pass through or get stored on our servers or database.
When you make a donation, we do collect the name, email address, donation amount, and optional note you provide. This information is sent to Stripe as part of processing your donation and is used by us only to send a receipt/thank-you email and an internal notification that a donation was made. We do not maintain a marketing database of donor information, and we do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties.
For more on how Stripe handles data, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Contact Form
If you reach out to us through our contact form or by email, we use the information you provide (such as your name, email, and message) only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list or share this information with third parties without your consent.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising pixels, or analytics services that build a profile about you. Our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies as part of fraud prevention and secure payment processing, governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Data Retention
We do not operate a database that stores donor or visitor personal information on our own servers. Donation records and associated donor details are retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and applicable law (e.g., for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention purposes).
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page.
